Located in the heart of the Aldea de Santa Fe Village, the Plaza location is designed to provide retail services that are within walking distance of all homes in the Village.
Aldea de Santa Fe consists of 345 acres superbly located in the high-value northwest corridor of Santa Fe County, bounded on the south by the six-lane Bypass (Highway 599), and on the north, by the highly successful, 4,700 acre golf-course development of Las Campanas. Built on a series of dramatic ridges, the Village has terrific views of the surrounding mountains. The Wild Sage Casitas are only an eight-minute drive east to the famous 17th Century Plaza and related amenities of the City of Santa Fe, and a ten-minute drive west to the new Municipal Recreation Complex, which includes 27 excellent holes of golf.
The Wild Sage Casitas make great guest rentals for local Aldea residents & local west side neighbors who would like their guest to stay in Aldea. The Wild Sage Casitas are the best short term rentals available in Aldea at this time.

Wild Sage Casitas are available for check-in by appointment after 1 pm. Should you wish to arrive earlier, we can make special arrangements. As we do not have a 24-hour desk and we ask that, whenever possible, all check-ins occur before 8:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 noon, unless other arrangements have been made.
There are local and state tax, Paypal transaction fee in addition to the rental fee for the Wild Sage Casitas.

There is a $100 damage/deposit additional, which includes $50.00 cleaning fee. All deposits will be refunded within 60 days after rental has ended.
Last minute pricing discounts maybe available. Call for long term rates.

Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund.

Policies:
Mature, quiet guests are preferred. We do everything we can to preserve a tranquil atmosphere in our Casitas. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children.
Smoking is not allowed in the Casitas. Evidence of smoking in the room will result in an additional charge of $250 plus one room night and applicable tax will be billed to cover the additional cleaning for smoking in the room and loss of revenue.
Absolutely no pets!
Reservations must be canceled 60 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund for short term rentals. Be aware canceled reservations may incur a cancellation fee or loss of deposit depending on the details of the reservation.
